During our most difficult moments there is often a lesson to be learnt, strength to be gained or a new purpose or direction to follow.
In such times it is easy for us to be consumed by our emotions but it is important that we not let the pain we feel swallow us up.
If we do, we might end up missing an opportunity for growth.
Cry if you have to, talk about how you feel, take a few days to reflect if you must but whatever you do:
DO NOT SHUT DOWN EMOTIONALLY!
DO NOT BEAT YOURSELF UP!
DO NOT GIVE UP ON LIFE!
Difficult moments are just that moments! Learn from them and move forward.
