Music Reflections Mondays #19 – 80’s Favourites

Welcome back dear friends to Music Reflections Mondays!  I hope that your day was all you needed it to be. This evening I stumbled upon the song Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This) from Eurythmics.  My toddler was actually rocking away to it while watching one of his favourites videos.

Do you remember this song? I loved it and actually still do as I sang along while he was enjoying the song.  This triggered the desire to unearth some more of their songs and others that I really liked back then. Let’s take a look.

Eurythmics:

Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)

Here Comes The Rain Again

Culture Club:

Do You Really Want to Hurt Me

Karma Chameleon

Fine Young Cannibals:

She Drives Me Crazy (1989)

Toto:

Africa

Rosanna

Foreigner:

I Want To Know What Love Is

I recognise that some of my readers may not be familiar with some of these songs or the groups who sang them. Each group listed here had more songs than what was listed here but I just focused on the ones I really enjoyed  listening to.  Any favourites above?

Do you have any favourites you would like to share below.  It does not have to be from the 80’s only but I plan on keeping what I love alive as I enjoy the new music of the day. 🙂  Hope you do too!

Have a great night! Thank you for stopping by.
